The building is situated in a rectangular shape plot in which the centre has been kept as a green area for the inhabitants. The groundfloor is used as a free path, open to the streets and including some commercial areas such as bars, art spaces and a kindergarden.

The main aspects about this project are the presence of corridors on the outside and only every two floors, this way gaining useful space.

There are different kind of flats with one, two or three floors which are opened two both sides, the streets and the green area. It's also important the double height in the houses which allow a good and natural light. All the services such as restrooms and stairs are located in the middle of the flat.
