Hotel in Valencia

The building is a temporary residence with different types of rooms. There are also public areas such us kitchens, living rooms, terraces, an exposition area and a bar in the groundfloor.

The project is developed by the use of full spaces and empty spaces, as seen in the pictures to the left. The full spaces are used for the rooms and the empty spaces allow a correct ventilation and illumination of the building. The access and distribution are situated in one site and the public areas in the other.

There are various types of rooms but in all cases there is a compact utility area in the form of a wardrobe in which all the servicies are kept. So in any given moment the space can be turn in to a bedroom, living room or kitchen. The only space which is not pulled out is the bathroom, it's completly integrated in the wardrobe.
